Our Journey
Veles Software started in Calgary in 2008 and grew from complex Microsoft consulting experience into a SaaS product company serving IT professionals in more than 100 countries. The journey matters because the products were not imagined in isolation; they came from real support, endpoint, identity, and operations problems that kept repeating in the field.
2008
Andrei Arapov founded Veles Software after years of designing and delivering complex Microsoft solutions. The earliest work was services-led, but the company already had a product mindset: solve repeatable operational problems once, then make the solution easier for teams to reuse.
2011
The first customer engagements reinforced the discipline that still shapes the products: practical outcomes, secure implementation, supportability, and tools that help IT teams work with confidence after the project is complete.
2013
Utilities first built for in-house patching, support, and troubleshooting became the foundation for public administrative tooling. That shift marked the beginning of Veles Software as a product company, not just a delivery organization.
2015
My Ping brought one of the administrative utilities to a broader audience, proving that focused tools built from daily IT work could help teams outside the original consulting environment.
2017
The SCCM Connector was integrated into MPA Tools, expanding the suite for Configuration Manager administrators and strengthening the product around real endpoint support workflows.
2019
My Workstation extended the product portfolio with employee-facing self-support and proactive device health concepts, helping organizations reduce escalation and improve the end-user support experience.
2021
MPA Tools evolved into a broader Microsoft endpoint management product with deeper Intune workflows, remote administration, reporting, remediation, and automation capabilities for modern device teams.
2024
OpenAI-backed capabilities were introduced to help IT professionals move faster with troubleshooting, scripting, insight generation, and automation while keeping the workflow grounded in administrator control.

Panorama AI launched as a SaaS operational intelligence product for Entra, Intune, compliance, patching, endpoint health, and executive visibility, giving IT teams clearer answers from the Microsoft data they already manage.
