This is a difficult question to answer. there could be many scenarios to why computer is not rebooting after a command was successfully sent to the remote computer.
What you see is a successful action that was executed successfully on the remote computer that is why the result is “successful” , what client does after that is hard to say, it could be installing updates or have OS issues, such as corruption in a registry.
What you can do is to try to copy latest PSexec to the My Ping App installation folder (make sure you accept the EULA(can be done as simple as double-click on the Psexec.exe))
My Ping App will recognize the presents of PSExec and will try to use it as well to reboot the remote computer.
I hope this will Help!

I downloaded PSexec and placed it in the folder, unfortunately no change in results. I wonder if it is a setting on the client machine that it doesn’t work.

Thanks

another thing that I would suggest is to go to the processes and see if there is something that could potentially hang a reboot, see if something pop out at you and then kill it…
